We endeavour to represent all fragrances with maximum accuracy. However, scent perception is inherently personal and subjective. Colours of packaging shown may vary slightly from actual products due to display calibration.

3. Pricing & Availability

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. Mazeen Scents reserves the right to modify prices or discontinue products without prior notice.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, imagery, fragrance formulations, and written copy on this boutique are the exclusive intellectual property of Mazeen Scents and are protected under applicable copyright laws.

5. Limitation of Liability

Mazeen Scents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products, beyond the value of the product purchased.

6. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
